Human trafficking is a very complex and misunderstood crime, often unique to the individuals involved and hard to readily recognize. Likewise, healing and restoration are not one-size-fits all. Survivors of human trafficking often express the power in telling their stories, whether through writing or art, in hopes to shine a light on the realities of human trafficking, empower other survivors, and bringing a semblance of justice to the systems that have failed them.
Reminders of Hope serves as a space for survivors, advocates, and community members to share their experiences and moments that inspire hope and promise. These are real-life stories and expressions from individuals of all walks of life. All published pieces have been approved by their originators.
